What counts as a contact?

Once your channels are connected, every Messaging App or Web Chat user that messages you becomes a contact. They remain a contact with metadata and chat history until you delete them.

Are volume discounts available?

We offer customized packages for enterprise. If you forecast more contacts than available in our packages, get in touch with us. We can help set up a package for your needs.

How can I upgrade my plan?
